1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. This is an application for extension of time for submission of copy of the order dated 13.09.2022 passed in CONTC No. 2727 of 2022 before the appropriate authority for ensuring him to comply with the order dated 01.02.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.3328 of 2021.

4. Considering the averments made in the I.A., the prayer for extension is allowed.

5. Accordingly, the incumbent Secretary/Contemnor is directed to comply the order within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order and

// 2 // communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. The petitioner shall file a copy of this order along with self-address envelope with sufficient postage stamp before the Contemnor within a period of four weeks from today.

5. Needless to say that if the Contemnor fails to do as directed above, he/she shall be personally present in Court.

6. The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

7. Issue urgent certified copy of the order as per Rules. (Dr. S.K. Panigrahi) Judge LB
