Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Manamunda P.S. Case No. 160 of 2020 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 266 of 2020, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Kantamal for commission of offence under Sections 451/294/506/328/324/325/307/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account the order passed by this Court dated 13.01.2021 in ABLAPL No. 15164 of 2020, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
