This is application for modification of the cause title of the Petitioners column of the bail application.

Considering submission made and on going the through the averments taken in the Petition, learned Counsel for the Petitioners is permitted to correct the name of the Petitioner No.7 as "Jajim Khan, S/o.Ajim Khan" in the Petitioners column of the cause title of the bail application.

In view of the above correction, the date fixed for surrender of the Petitioner before the Court in seisin of the case be extended by three weeks more with effect from today. 4.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
