When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the Appellant seeks some time to obtain instruction regarding whereabouts the Appellant.

Since it is a case of year 2005 and defects as per S.R. have not yet been removed, I am not inclined to adjourn the matter as prayed for.

Hence, the R.F.A. is dismissed for default.
