Heard learned counsels for both the parties.

The condition in para-8 of the order dated 18.05.2022 stands modified to the extent that, "if the Petitioner, apart from the present case, has other criminal antecedent similar in nature involving the offence under Section 24(ii)(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act involving contraband materials less than the commercial quantity, then this bail order shall be given effective." The other conditions in the said order remain the same.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
