This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No.155 of 2020, on the files of learned Sessions Judge, Boudh, arising out of Manamunda P.S. Case No.100 of 2020, under Sections 341/294/506/324/302 & 34 of IPC and is in custody since 28.09.2020.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Boudh, by order dated 02.12.2020 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner relying on the order dated 04.10.2021 of this Court in BLAPL No.1634 of 2021 seeks released inter alia on the ground of party.

Perused the statement of the mother of the deceased Okia Sahoo and Lalit Singh and the P.M. report. On perusal of the same the petitioner is not similarly circumstanced and taking into account the role ascribed to the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage 7.

The present BLAPL is disposed of accordingly. 8.
