None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on the last occasion on 14.12.2016. The Petitioner by way of this application seeks to quash the order passed on 27.09.2016 by learned J.M.F.C., Puri in G.R. Case No. 813 of 2016 and in the meantime around six years have already passed. 3.

In view of the aforesaid facts, especially when no one appeared to move the application today and on the last date, the CRLMC is dismissed.
