Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This Court finds the Writ Petition has already dismissed as against Opposite Party No.3 by order dated 06.08.2014, as appears, for non-compliance of peremptory order. This Court finds Opposite Party No.3 remain sole contesting Opposite Party in absence of which no contest involving the impugned order is permissible in the eye of law. 3.

This Court therefore finds the Writ Petition is not entertainable, once it is already dismissed against Opposite Party No.3. The Writ Petition is treated to have been dismissed as not entertainable any further.
