This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on the last occasion on 21.10.2022. The defect as pointed out by Stamp Reporter has not yet been removed. This CRLMC is pending before this Court since 2016 and in the meanwhile around six years have passed.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstance, it pre-supposes that the Petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. 4.

Hence, this CRLMC is dismissed.
