Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Bhadrak Town P.S. Case No. 10 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 81 of 2020, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Bhadraki for commission of offence under Sections 420/409 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
