2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has approached the Director, Elementary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar by way of an appeal dated 22.12.2021, which is still pending for disposal.

3. In such view of the matter, the appellate authority to dispose of the said appeal within a period of three weeks from the date of presentation of this order.

4. The CONTC. is disposed of accordingly.
