Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department contended that though this contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 15.11.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 33332 of 2021, but in terms of the direction of this Court, the petitioner has not filed any representation, nor any averment has been made in the writ petition to that effect. 3.
In case any representation has been filed by the petitioner in compliance to the direction of this Court, the same shall be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of communication of the order and in case the representation has not been filed in compliance to the direction of this Court, the petitioner is at liberty to file the representation within ten days hence, which shall be disposed of in compliance to the direction of this Court dated 15.11.2021.
