Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Titilagarh P.S. Case No. 120 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 149 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Titilagarh for commission of offence under Sections 452/294/323/354//506/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
