This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioners that the Police has already complied with the mandatory requirements of Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure, so far as the present Petitioners are concerned.
