Mr. Mahanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is suffering from ostracism. State is not taking any step to prevent it. He relies on order dated 28th January, 2019 made by first Division Bench of this Court in a public interest litigation being W.P.(C)(PIL) no.1071 of 2019. His client seeks compensation. He submits, representation dated 14th July, 2021 made by his client to the Collector is pending. There be direction for consideration of the same. 2.
Mr. Sharma submits, the representation will be considered on direction made.

Opposite party no.3 is directed to consider and deal with said representation dated 14th July, 2021 and inform petitioner the result within four weeks of communication. It is recorded that private opposite parties have not been noticed.
