During course of submission through an affidavit at the instance of the Opposite Party No.2, it has been brought to the notice of this Court that the State Election Commission has not received any such representation at the instance of the Petitioner. Therefore, there is no scope of consideration of representation by the State Election Commission. It is at this point of time, learned counsel for the Petitioner prayed for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy with the State Election Commission. 2.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn, but with liberty as prayed for.
