Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.127 of 2022, arising out of Kantabanji P.S. Case No.70 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C. Kantabanji for commission of offence punishable under Sections 147/148/323/324/294/506/354/379/171-C/171-F/149 of the IPC. Taking note that there is allegation and counter allegation and the nature of the allegations, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the

petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
