In presence of Mr. S.K. Dwibedi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr. S.S. Kanungo, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the State has made a categorical statement that on 26.05.2022, the victim was rescued and her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C was recorded. Thereafter, the victim had been restored to the custody of her parents.

Mr. S.K. Dwibedi, learned counsel has not contradicted such statement.

In view of that statement as noted above, this proceeding stands closed and disposed of.
