This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.521 of 2022, arising out of Sundargarh Town P.S. Case No.109 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Sundargarh for commission of offence punishable under Sections 147/148/294/323/353/332/506/149 of the IPC.
Taking into account the recitals in the FIR which attribute the allegations to one Rocky who is not the petitioner before this Court and taking note of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that other co-accused have been released in the
meanwhile, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
