This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Grievance of the Petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to non supply of certified copy of the entire order sheet including the final order passed by Assistant Settlement Officer, Rental Colony, Bhubaneswar (now functioning at Major Settlement Office, Jobra, Cuttack)-Opposite Party No.2 in Objection Case No.253 of 2018.

It is submitted by Mr. Behera, learned counsel for the Petitioner that although an application for supply of the entire order sheet including the final order passed in Objection Case No.253 of 2018 has been filed on 11th February, 2022, but the Opposite Party No.2 has not taken any step till date for supply of the same. The Petitioner is in urgent need of the document. Hence, finding no other alternative, this writ petition has been filed.

Mr. Mishra, learned ASC submits that he has no instruction in the matter. However, if such an application is

// 2 // pending the Opposite Party No.2 may take a decision in accordance with law.

Taking into consideration the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction that on production of certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks hence, the Opposite Party No.2- Assistant Settlement Officer, Rental Colony, Bhubaneswar (now functioning at Major Settlement Office, Jobra, Cuttack) shall do well to grant certified copy of the entire order sheet including the final order passed in Objection Case No.253 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month there from subject to compliance of deficiencies, if any, within the aforesaid period. 5.1 If for any reason, the Opposite Party No.2 is of the opinion that certified copy of the aforesaid document cannot be granted to the Petitioner, reason thereof shall be supplied to the Petitioner within the aforesaid period.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
