This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.109 of 2022, arising out of Pattamundai P.S. Case No.109 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C. Pattamundai for commission of offence punishable under Sections 380 of the IPC.
Taking into account the nature of allegation, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
