This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.913 of 2021, arising out of Sadar P.S. Case No.222 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned J.m.F.C. (Rural), Dist-Cuttack for commission of offence punishable under Sections 451/323/294/506 & 34 of the IPC.

Since Section is only non-bailable offence, considering the nature of allegations and keeping in view, the law laid down by the Apex Court in the Case of Arnesh Kumar v. State of Bihar reported in (2014) 8 SCC 273, this Court directs that on

surrendering within three weeks hence, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
