The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for the following relief:

"Therefore, the Petitioner prays that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to consider the facts stated in this petition, admit, issue Rule NISI against the relevant Opposite Parties by way of writ of Mandamus directing the Opposite Party No.2 the Tahasildar to dispose of the grievance application of the Petitioner under Annexure-2 within a stipulated period;

And for this act of kindness, the Petiioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."

In course of hearing, Mr. Pradhan, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. 4.
