Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.810 of 2022, arising out of Tangi P.S. Case No.70 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.F.C. (R), Cuttack for commission of offence punishable under Sections 379/411/34 of the IPC.

Taking into account the order passed by this Court dated 19.05.2022 in ABLAPL No.4222 of 2022 in respect of the coaccused, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks

hence, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
