Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Order No.

For the decision being taken in appropriate exercise of mind keeping in view the restriction in Section 34 of the O.C.H. & P.F.L. Act, 1972, this Court finds, there is no scope for interfering with the impugned order herein. It is at this point of time, learned counsel for the Petitioner has an alternative prayer for permission to move under different provisions. For the Opinion of this Court, such prayer cannot be entertained in the Writ Petition involving a certiorari proceeding.

The Writ Petition thus stands dismissed. The Petitioner if has any other mechanism may avail the same.
