This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.360 of 2022, arising out of Bolangir Sadar P.S. Case No.99 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Bolangir for commission of offence punishable under Sections 147/148/307/395/147 of the IPC.

ABLAPL so far as Petitioner No.1 Sankirtan is concerned not pressed. The same is accordingly disposed of as not pressed, since he has criminal antecedents.
Taking note of submissions of the learned counsel for the State, on the basis of the recitals in the Case Diary, that the nature of injury suffered have been categorized as simple, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence, the Petitioner Nos.2 to 10 shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper. 5.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
