Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.476 of 2022, arising out of Angul P.S. Case No.192 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Angul for commission of offence punishable under Sections 363 of the IPC. 4.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner and the victim are married in the meanwhile and staying under one roof. Considering such submissions, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence, the petitioner
shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper. 5.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
