This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

During course of hearing, learned Counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of this Interlocutory Application seeking liberty to file another application for grant of interim bail to the Petitioner in view of the illness of his wife. He further submits that the Petitioner having been grant with the interim bail vide order dated 06.12.2022 has in the meantime surrendered in the Court and is in custody.

In view of above, the I.A. stands disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty to the Petitioner as aforesaid. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
