This C.M.P. involves an innocuous prayer for timely disposal of the I.A. No.24 of 2021 arising out of C.S. No.48 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Puri. 2.

Recording the statement of Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner that not only there is already appearance of the Opposite Parties in I.A. No.24 of 2021, but there is also filing of objection therein and the I.A. No.24 of 2021 is ready for hearing, this Court finds strange in the action of the lower court in keeping the application vide I.A. No.24 of 2021 pending for long since, when the same is filed since January, 2021.

In the circumstance, while expressing its displeasure to the manner of disposal of such proceeding, this Court directs the Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Puri to conclude the proceeding vide I.A. No.24 of 2021 within a period of one month from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner.
