This is an application for modification/correction of typographical error in the order dated 29th August, 2022 by which the writ petition was disposed of.

It is submitted by Mr. Dalai, learned counsel for the Petitioner that registration number of Bus has been inadvertently stated at paragraphs-2 and 7 of the order dated 29th August, 2022 as 'OD-0-2-AS-0079' in place of 'OD02AS0779'. 4.

On perusal of the record, the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner appears to be correct. 5.

In that view of the matter, the Registration number of Bus mentioned at Paragraphs-2 and be corrected as 'OD02AS0779'.

I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
