This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.536 of 2022, arising out of Plantisite P.S. Case No.98 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Panposh, Rourkela for commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/323/354/427/307/34 of the IPC.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the nature of the injuries suffered is simple and the co-accused person have already been released on bail. Considering such submissions, this Court directs that on surrendering within three

weeks hence, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
