Heard Mr. S.K. Dalai, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. C.S. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate. 2.
According to Mr. Dalai, though the petitioners are the married daughters of land losers in connection with the construction of the Ret Irrigation Project in the district of Kalahandi and though they are entitled to receive rehabilitation and resettlement benefits under the Government of Odisha, Revenue and Disaster Management Department circular dated 19.10.2012 which has been annexed as Annexure-3, however, they have not been extended with the said benefits. 3.
During course of hearing, Mr. Dalai submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioners to move the Collector & District Magistrate, Kalahandi (opposite party No.3) in the matter by filing grievance petition for redressal of their grievances and further prays that the said opposite party be directed to take decision on such motion within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioners to file individual grievance petitions before the Collector & District Magistrate, Kalahandi (opposite party No.3) through registered post within a period of two weeks from today. In the event, such grievance petitions are filed along with copy of this order, the opposite party No.3 is directed to take decision on those petitions in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such grievance petitions and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioners.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. 6.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
