2. The Petitioner seeks to quash the FIR No.10 of 2016 corresponding to C.T. Case No.419 of 2016 on the file of the learned S.D.J.M, Bhubaneswar.

3. No interim order of stay is passed in the matter. In absence of any interim stay, keeping in view the age of the case, no fruitful result will come out, even if this CRLMC is kept alive.

4. Hence, this CRLMC is dismissed.
