This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.445 of 2022, arising out of Panikoili P.S. Case No.82 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C. Jajpur Road for commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/294/323/325/506/34 of the IPC.
Taking into account that the counter allegation in which the informant in the case at hand has been cited as accused, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence, the
petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper. 5.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
