ORDER

1. All that the Tribunal has done in the impugned order is to remand the matter to the Sales Tax Officer for a fresh assessment. There has been no stay of that order by this Court in the proceedings. It is highly unlikely that in the remand proceedings, a fresh order would not have been passed. If not already passed, it should be passed within six months from today. The Court is not inclined to interfere. In the circumstances, the question urged is left open for consideration in some other appropriate case.
