1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was engaged as an Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) Instructor which is a schematic appointment in the year 2003 and was disengaged in the year 2010. He further submits that since the petitioner has already put more than seven years in service and the State Government has given rehabilitative employment under School and Mass Education Department to many of the similarly situated candidates, the petitioner ought to have been given the same benefit. But the case of the petitioner has not been considered. Hence, she has submitted a representation under Anmnexure-10 series to the opposite party No.1- Commissionercum- Secretary to Government of Odisha, School and Mass Education Department, Bhubaneswar. Such representation is pending since 23.10.2018.

4. In such view of the matter, opposite party No.1Commissioner-cum- Secretary to Government of Odisha, School and Mass Education Department, Bhubaneswar is directed to

// 2 // dispose of the representation under Annexure-10 of the petitioner, by passing a reasoned order, within a period of two months from the date of production/presentation of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of this writ petition.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
