Heard Mr. D.Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. P.K. Muduli, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the opposite parties.

Since the petitioner has been dismissed from the Government service under Rule-13(ix) of Odisha Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1962, vide order dated 14.03.2022 passed by the learned District Judge-cum-Disciplinary Authority, Keonjhar, liberty is granted to the petitioner to prefer appeal before the appropriate forum.

With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
