Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to ventilate her grievance before the Opposite Party No.1, by filing a representation seeking revision of guidelines for enhancing the retirement age of Anganwadi workers to 65 years.

It is submitted that such extension shall be in tune with the schematic arrangement which provides for an Anganwadi Worker, once selected to work till satisfactory discharge of duties. 5.

Without expressing any opinion, it is open to the petitioner to make such representation which shall be considered on its own merits, expeditiously.
