This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard Mr. Pitambar Acharya, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners and Mr. S.S. Kanungo, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State.

From the order sheet, it is found that, interim order was passed in favour of the petitioners on 15.05.2019. Almost three years have passed in the meantime. There is no scope for custodial interrogation of the petitioners, as it stands. 4.
Regard being had to the facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioners and nature of allegations, it is directed that, in the event, each of the petitioners surrender before the
learned S.D.J.M., Puri in G.R. Case No.754 of 2019 corresponding to Jodapadar P.S. Case No.37 of 2019 and move for bail, each of them shall be granted bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. 5.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
