Mr. Saroj Ranjan Subudhi, learned counsel for the Opposite Party-Contemnor submits that there is already compliance of the direction of this Court by way of disposal of the representation of the Petitioner and not only order has been passed by the competent authority on 31.08.2020 as appearing at page 7 of the brief, but on production of the A.D. dated 5.09.2020 in Court today the contemnor also establishes regarding communication of the order dated 31.08.2020 to the Petitioner through Speed Post with A.D. Proof of service of copy of the order on the Petitioner through Speed Post with A.D. filed by way of a memo in Court today, be kept on record. 2.

In the circumstance and recording non-appearance of the Petitioner in CONTC No.6077 of 2020, this Court finds, nothing survives in this suo motu contempt petition to be adjudicated upon by this Court any further, which is, hereby, dropped. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Ayaskanta Jena
