Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The resolution involved herein are completely in private capacity, there is no involvement of public element clearly because of involvement of some public authority to make such society/Sangha, the Sangha cannot get into the trap of the public authority. 3.

In the circumstance this Court finds, the Writ Petition is not entertainable. Petitioner if has any other forum may find out the same for remedying out its grievances.

The Writ Petition stands dismissed.
