This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

In the course of hearing of CRLMC, Mr.S.N.Mishra-4, learned counsel for petitioners prays to withdraw the CRLMC with liberty to the petitioners to approach the learned Court in seisin of the case at the time of consideration of charge.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and prayer, this Court without adverting the materials on record on merit, disposes of the CRLMC with liberty to the petitioners to raise all those points which are available under law at the time of consideration of charge before the learned trial Court.

The CRLMC is disposed of.
