Learned counsel for the Petitioner makes an oral prayer to add the Informant as Opposite Party No.2 in the cause title of the bail application.

In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to do so.

Issue notice.

Since Mr.M.K.Mohanty, learned ASC accepts notice on behalf of Opposite Party No.1. No notice need be issued to Opposite Party No.1.

Issue notice to the Opposite Party No.2 by Registered Post with A.D., returnable at an early date. Requisites shall be filed within three working days.

Let two extra copies of the bail application be served on learned counsel for the State within three days, who shall intimate the IIC of the concerned police station, who in turn shall intimate the
