1. The prayer in the present application is to quash the criminal proceedings in 2(c)CC No.24 of 2013 pending in the Court of the SDJM, Bonai. The Second prayer is to quash an order dated 19th February 2013 passed by the said Court taking cognizance of the offence under Sections 15 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 against the Petitioner.

2. As far as the above prayers are concerned, it will be open to the Petitioner to urge all the pleas raised in the present petition at the appropriate stage before the trial court. It will be open to the Petitioner to renew the prayer under Section 205 Cr.P.C. at the appropriate stage before the trial court.

3. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms. The interim order passed earlier in the present application stands vacated. A copy of this order be communicated to the Court concerned forthwith.
