This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ physical) mode.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner No. 2 in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner No. 2 surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with Nuagaon P.S. Case No.60 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.82 of 2021 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Digapahandi, within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court.

In so far as Petitioner No. 1 is concerned, while being not inclined to grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner No.1, this application is disposed of with the observation that when the occasion would so arise before the learned Court in seisin of the case for consideration of the prayer for grant of regular bail to the

// 2 // Petitioner No.1, the same would be made on its own merit and disposed of in accordance with law.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Interim order passed on 23.04.2021 does no more survive till in respect of Petitioner No.1.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
