Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Praharaj, learned counsel for the State.

The challenge in the present case is with regard to order of cognizance dated 23rd April, 2002 under Anneuxre-2 passed by the learned SDJM, Jajpur in G.R. Case No. 943 of 2001. 3.

There is no interim order passed by this Court at any point of time. The Court is not aware whether the case is still pending before the court below or disposed of in the meantime. 4.

At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction may be issued to the learned court below to expedite the disposal of the case, if it is pending.

Considering the limited prayer, CRLMC stands disposed of with a direction to learned SDJM, Jajpur to ensure early disposal of G.R. Case No. 943 of 2001, if the same is pending in its file. kabita (R.K.Pattanaik) Judge
