During course of hearing, learned Counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of this application, this application stands disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to approach this Court afresh in case cause of action so arises in future.

Granting the liberty as aforesaid, the ABLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Interim order passed on 13.04.2021 does no more survive.
