This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 02.12.2020 passed by the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Malkangiri in T.R. Case No.54 of 2020 (arising out of Motu P.S. Case No.31 of 2020) extending the period of 180 days for filing of chargesheet by a period of 60 days. 2.
Mr. P.Patnaik, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the CRLMC has become infructuous as the petitioner has already been released on bail pursuant to the order passed in BLAPL No.19593 of 2022 disposed of on 17.11.2022, for which he does not want to proceed with this CRLMC. To that effect, a memo has been filed in Court today. The same be kept on record.

In view of the above submission, the CRLMC is disposed of, as infructuous.
