Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.

In this writ petition, petitioners seek a direction to the competent authority for considering their case for conversion of the land involved herein applying the provision under O.P.L.E. Act. Unfortunately, there is no such application filed as on date. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is unable to bring to the notice of the Court from the writ petition and enclosures regarding pendency of any such application before the competent authority.

In the circumstance, this Court finds the writ petition is not entertainable, which is dismissed accordingly. Dismissal of the writ petition shall not standing on the way of the petitioner for making approach through appropriate format following the provision of the O.P.L.E. act. In the event any such application is field within a period of seven days hence, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law.
