1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the CRLMC with liberty to surrender and move for bail before the concerned court.

2. Accordingly, the CRLMC is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. In the event the Petitioner surrenders in the concerned court within a period of four weeks from today and prays for bail, his prayer for bail shall be considered in accordance with law including the ground of parity, if any applicable, on the same day.

3. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
